The dressing conforms to the wound area and acts as a natural covering, which keeps the burn area moist and clean. It cools and soothes the wound, minimising pain relief, shock and infection.

The Burnshield Sterile Burn Dressing is made from a fibreless elastic open-cell foam sheeting. It contains 1% Melaleuca alt. (Tea tree oil) and 96% purified water.
